A Beijing's special meeting on the report on the revision of the "Arbitration Law" was held on March 23. The meeting was presided over by Liu Shuangyu, vice-president of the Beijing High People's Court. The move was intended to implement the requirements of the research symposium on the revision of the "Arbitration Law" by the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).
Wu Xianya, vice-president of the Second Civil Division of the Beijing High People's Court, and Ma Jun, chief judge of the Beijing International Commercial Court, attended the meeting.
The meeting finalized the ideas, content and revision time of the research report.
