Beijing International Commercial Court judges attend academic seminar

Three judges Ma Jun, Cui Zhiyu and Mei Yu from the Beijing International Commercial Court participated in a seminar on the revision of the "Civil Procedure Law (Foreign-related Edition)", on May 10.

The meeting was sponsored by the Fourth Civil Division of the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China (SPC) and was held at the Wuhan University Academy of International Law and Global Governance and the Wuhan University Institute of International Law.

Experts and scholars from China's colleges and universities, judges of the Supreme People's Court, as well as high and intermediate courts participated in the meeting. They discussed legislative styles, the scope of amendments, and amending clauses.
