The list of top 10 foreign-related cases was released at a press briefing held by the Beijing International Commercial Court on typical cases of foreign-related commercial trials on July 6.
The meeting introduced the trials of certain foreign-related commercial cases in the past five years. The cases provided "Beijing Experience" for properly resolving commercial disputes and gave full play to the role of judicial judgments in regulating foreign commercial entities.
