Ma Jun, chief judge of the Beijing International Commercial Court, made a speech on the topic of "Improvement and Development of the Re-arbitration System" at the China Youth Arbitration Forum, on Sept 8.
The forum is part of the China Arbitration Week, sponsored by China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Renmin University of China, and All China Lawyers Association.
