Ma Jun, chief judge of the Beijing International Commercial Court, attended a business environment meeting on Sept 14 held by the Beijing municipal government.
It was suggested that the Beijing High People's Court organize a meeting to discuss alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
Representatives from the Beijing High People's Court, Beijing No 4 Intermediate People's Court, and government departments and units attended the meeting.
