Cases under the jurisdiction of the Beijing Intermediate People's Court applying for recognition and enforcement of any trial judgment or judicial review, including cases applying for recognition and enforcement of the civil judgment of the courts of the Hong Kong SAR; cases applying for recognition and enforcement of civil judgments of the courts of the Macao SAR and cases applying for recognition and enforcement of the civil judgment of the courts of Taiwan; except for the cases that should be accepted by the Beijing Financial Court.
