The Supreme People's Court recently announced the results of the 2023 national court outstanding case analysis selection and the 35th national court academic conference paper selection. Several papers and cases from the Beijing International Commercial Court (BICC) received awards.
The BICC emphasizes professional development through in-depth research, and has been continuously exploring research work models and fostering talents to improve overall research capacities. Leveraging its diverse international commercial case categories, the court conducts focused research on key issues in foreign-related commercial adjudication.
In addition, it plans and enhances research management, systematically organizes tasks, cultivates professionals, and participates in various competitions to contribute to the innovative and comprehensive development of high-quality research.
