Li Dongmei and Xie Caifeng, judges from the Beijing International Commercial Court, were recently invited by Beijing Capital Eco-Environment Protection Group to lecture on interpretation of the new Company Law and its impact on company operations as well as on understanding and application of key points in the judicial interpretation of the general provisions in the contract section of the Civil Code.
Their lectures are part of the legal publicity campaign to optimize the law-based business environment in Beijing.
The legal staff who participated in the lectures spoke highly of the sessions, noting that they have enhanced their professional understanding of the potential legal risks in company operations and corresponding preventive measures.
